Instructor's Module
The instructor module enables educators to:
- Easily and conveniently monitor student progress
- View and change the standards applied in the assessment reports
- Carry out administrative tasks
There are two levels of use in the instructor module: Instructor and Administrator.
Instructor
An instructor can perform the following functions:
- View and print reports for individual students
- View and print a list of students, with a summary of information for each student including assessment results, progress in the learning mode, and total time spent in the system
- View and print reports for entire classes, giving an overview of the class's strengths and weaknesses
- View the standards used by default for a course, with the option of editing standards pertaining to that class only
- Edit student registration data or retrieve forgotten passwords.
Administrator
An administrator can perform the following functions:
- View and print reports for individual students
- View and print a list of students, with a summary of information for each student including assessment results, progress in the learning mode, and total time spent in the system
- View and print reports for entire classes, giving an overview of the class's strengths and weaknesses
- View the standards used by default for a course, with the option of editing standards pertaining to that class only
- Edit student registration data or retrieve forgotten passwords
- View, print, and edit the list of instructors and classes
- View and edit the default standards used by the institution and/or any given course
- Move students between classes and classes between instructors and perform other, similar administrative tasks
- View the standards used by default for any course or class.
