Follow the steps under your Java VM type to uninstall the ALEKS plug-in from your computer.

Sun Microsystems Java VM on Windows

1. Go to your Sun Microsystems Java VM directory. This is usually located at "C:\Program Files\Java."
2. Find every subdirectory with names that begin with "jre" or "jre2." (Example: "jre1.5.0_01")
3. In each of these subdirectories, go to the "lib\ext" folder and delete the "aleksPack10.jar" file.

Microsoft Java VM on Windows

1. Go to your Windows directory. This is usually located at "C:\Windows."
2. Go to the "Java\Lib" subdirectory and delete the "aleksPack10" folder.
3. Go to the "Java\Classes" folder and delete the "aleksPack10" folder.

Java VM on MacOS X

1. Go to your "Java VM Extension" folder . This is usually located at: "/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/CurrentJDK/Home/lib/ext."
2. Delete the "aleksPack10.jar" file.
