Adoption Information
ALEKS science courses are available directly through ALEKS Corporation.
Student eCommerce Purchase:
Here is the easy process students can use to obtain direct access to an ALEKS course. This will allow your students to purchase ALEKS at special student-direct eCommerce pricing!

From the ALEKS Home Page, click on “SIGN UP NOW" in the upper left-hand corner.

Enter the course code that was provided to the instructor in the setup email from ALEKS Customer Support.

Click "Continue."

Confirm that the course you are about to register for is in fact the course you want to be in. If not, you may have entered the code incorrectly. After checking the course code, if the registration information is still incorrect, please contact ALEKS Customer Support.

Click "Continue."

Click “Purchase an Access Code Online.”

Fill out the credit card and personal information - please note that student-direct eCommerce purchases of ALEKS for science courses are non-refundable.

You will receive a 20-character alpha-numeric string. Please enter this access code when prompted, and continue following the instructions to complete the registration process.
Bookstore Ordering:
If you prefer that students purchase ALEKS through your campus bookstore, please see the list of ISBN’s below and select the correct course and term length. Send this information to your bookstore just as you would a textbook order. This allows the bookstore to purchase printed and shrink-wrapped access codes for resale (usually at a mark-up) to students. Please note that these are the net prices that your bookstore will pay and not necessarily the price for the students.

Shipping Method:
All orders will be shipped via Federal Express Ground unless a specific shipping method is indicated on your purchase order. A shipping fee is charged based on the method you select. Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. Actual shipping time is usually 5 to 7 business days.
Refund Policy:
Stores may receive a full refund or credit (excluding original shipping charge) for returned Chemistry Access Codes that are returned in resalable condition with the original shrink-wrapping completely intact (i.e. access codes must be unused) within 90 days of the original invoice date.
No returns will be accepted for credit or refund from any customer who has not purchased Chemistry Access Codes directly from ALEKS Corporation.
Returns must be shipped prepaid by traceable means (e.g. Federal Express Ground).
Returns must reference the original invoice numbers for all stock included. Full shipping costs will be charged for all refused returns.
