Overall Experience:

My daughter was having trouble with her math curriculum and I had trouble teaching her. We got a postcard about the ALEKS program and tried it for a month. It helped her make sense of math AND she's actually enjoying math and being successful!

What challenges did the student face in math prior to using ALEKS?

She had problems with multiplication and division.

What were you looking for in an online math tool?

Something that could explain things to my daughter better than I could.

What math progress has the student experienced since using ALEKS?

My child's multiplication skills have improved, and she feels successful.

How does the student feel about his/her progress in ALEKS?

She takes initiative to do her math on her own because she "gets" it now.
