Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Order Processor is a full-time position responsible for receiving and processing customer orders. Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. At least two years of experience with order processing/customer service in a business environment. Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word, and good data entry skills. Great attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear communication over the phone. Strong organization skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work overtime when needed. Candidate must have a professional demeanor and be able to process orders in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy. The ideal candidate would be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
