Chief Product Officer
Wil Lampros was named ALEKS CPO in March 2014. He is responsible for strategy, design, customer-driven development and implementation of all ALEKS products. He nurtures the ALEKS mission of dramatically improving student learning outcomes by providing effective and compelling digital learning. Mr. Lampros is also responsible for ALEKS’ organizational development and operations. He is a member of the Senior Leadership Team of McGraw Hill Education’s Digital Products Group. From 1999 through 2014, Mr. Lampros was President of ALEKS Corporation, responsible for all aspects of ALEKS’ strategic direction, product development, educational content, sales, marketing and operations.
Before joining ALEKS, Mr. Lampros served as President of Machine Tool Finance Corporation (now US Bank Equipment Finance) and was a key figure in that company’s transformation from a small entrepreneurial venture into an industry leader in the financing of precision manufacturing equipment. He was one of the developers of the completely paperless system for the issuance, distribution, ownership, and transfer of municipal bonds now dominant in municipal finance. He began his career as a finance attorney.
Mr. Lampros holds an AB degree from Oberlin College. He also holds a JD degree from New York University School of Law. Mr. Lampros is a member of the New York State Bar.
