Scenario: I use ALEKS in a traditional course without a textbook.
Purpose: Core Curriculum
ALEKS Course: Intermediate Algebra
Miguel San Miguel, Instructor
I use ALEKS in three different courses. Sixty percent of the students who completed the ALEKS program, placed into College Algebra courses. ALEKS saves students' time and money by helping them place into the math course they are prepared for, instead of going through semesters of development math.
