I currently use ALEKS for my Basic Math course, and appreciate the program ensuring that my students master skills before being allowed to progress. I notice a positive correlation between topics met and paper-and-pencil test scores. Many of my students feel that ALEKS is a great improvement from our previous system as they find ALEKS to be much more user-friendly.
