Overall Experience:

ALEKS has taken a load off of me as the teacher/parent. I do not have to try and research where the gaps are in my children's' education as ALEKS does it for me! I get updated reports that are easy to read and understand, as well as information relevant to each individual child. We love it!

What challenges did the student face in math prior to using ALEKS?

Multiplication skills were a challenge.

What were you looking for in an online math tool?

A program to identify the gaps are in my children's' education.

What math progress has the student experienced since using ALEKS?

My child is better at multiplication, and has a better overall understanding of the material.

Are there any best practices you would like to share with other ALEKS users?

In my own children, I have seen that if I let them go on their own, they want to do it more because they can choose where to go next. ALEKS keeps them on course by giving them the right things to choose from.
