Overall Experience:

We really like how ALEKS explains math concepts, and that it allows you to pass on difficult concepts and return to them at a later time.

What challenges did the student face in math prior to using ALEKS?

Math has always been a good subject for my son, but reading presents a great challenge because he is language impaired.

What were you looking for in an online math tool?

A simple math program with illustrations.

What math progress has the student experienced since using ALEKS?

My son has been able to grasp concepts because ALEKS illustrates them well.

How does the student feel about his/her progress in ALEKS?

He feels good because he is now able to learn math by himself.

Are there any best practices you would like to share with other ALEKS users?

Be consistent.
