Description: The Stuart Foundation Grant welcomes inquiries from organizations who share their commitment to make a positive impact on the field of education for all young people in California and Washington. Support is given to attempts to develop systems and innovative practices within districts and schools that create an effective teaching workforce and foster systemic connections between teaching and learning.  Specifically, the Foundation is interested in supporting research, practice, and policy opportunities.

Eligibility: The Stuart Foundation supports organizations whose work qualifies as charitable, according to the IRS definition. This includes organizations with a 501(c)3 status, public agencies and projects sponsored by public charities. The Foundation focuses on providing support to organizations located in both California and Washington.
