Description: The goals of the grants are to partner with families, communities and educational systems in advancing basic core skills at all ages and create or expand advanced skills training and retraining opportunities responsive to the workforce needs of the 21st Century.
Eligibility: Whirlpool Foundation makes grants to IRS-certified nonprofit organizations in communities where Whirlpool Corporation operates. Typically, the Foundation makes only one grant to a single program in each year.
