Description: Founded in 1996 by Michael and Jane Eisner and their family, The Eisner Foundation exists to provide access and opportunity for children in Los Angeles County. The Eisner Foundation seeks to provide the children of Los Angeles with the tools they need to attain self-sufficiency and build productive lives. The foundation invests in access to high-quality public schools, primarily through charter school funding and school reform efforts for LAUSD.
