It has been a wonderful addition to my students' math program. The curriculum is easy to use, the assessments are easy to implement, and the pie charts and feedback are great. My students have made wonderful progress towards mastering their grade level standards and like seeing their progress reflected in the pie chart.
What challenges did the class or school face in math prior to using ALEKS?
Students were below grade level and not meeting their grade level standards. The parents of our homeschoolers were having difficulty keeping their children motivated and implementing a curriculum on their own.

3-4 days per week.

How do you cultivate parental involvement and support for ALEKS?
My parents are very involved. They use the message component of ALEKS to stay in touch with me and they check their student.s progress weekly.

Not as homework but as part of their independent study program.
