K-12: Elementary School

CC Algebra 1 Tutorial Lab (Intervention) focuses on critical prerequisites that are central for success in algebra. It provides coverage of the applicable math content standards for the LAUSD Curriculum Maps. This is the best course to prepare students to advance as quickly as possible into CC Algebra 1. When a student completes 60% or more of her pie, we recommend moving the student to CC Algebra 1. CC Algebra 1 provides comprehensive coverage of the current California Algebra 1 math content standards for the LAUSD Curriculum Maps. The robust and comprehensive topic coverage enables students to master all the math skills they need to succeed in higher level algebra.
K-12: High School
CC Geometry provides comprehensive coverage of the current California Geometry content standards for the LAUSD Curriculum Maps. The robust and comprehensive topic coverage enables students to master all the math and geometry skills they need to succeed in higher level geometry courses.
Algebra 2 Tutorial Lab (Intervention) focuses on critical prerequisite topics that are central for success in CC Algebra 2. It provides coverage of the applicable math content standards for the LAUSD Curriculum Maps.
CC Algebra 2 provides comprehensive coverage of the current California Algebra 2 math content standards for the LAUSD Curriculum Maps. The robust and comprehensive topic coverage enables students to master all the math skills they need to succeed in courses beyond CC Algebra 2.
Precalculus provides robust state standards coverage of Precalculus and its prerequisites and includes topics on polynomials, exponential and logarithmic functions, and trigonometry.
K-12: Specialized
Mastery of SAT Math is designed to help students achieve mastery of the math topics on the SAT Reasoning Test. ALEKS individualized assessment and learning enables students to efficiently refresh and fill gaps in their knowledge of the mathematics tested on the SAT. The course works best when supplemented with SAT practice tests, so that students achieve fluency in the particular style and format of the SAT test questions.
