The reconciliation statement typically features a table containing categories and amounts (Fig. 4.5). This table can be dragged from its initial location and positioned on the screen for convenient use in filling in the actual reconciliation statement. Items are dragged from the table and dropped into the appropriate locations in the statement. If additional lines are needed in the statement, they can be added using the "+" icon, or the item can simply be dragged onto the grey line beneath the last item in a column, and when it is dropped it will be added as a new line. As each item is dragged and dropped, the table is marked to show that that item has been used. The "x" icon can be used to remove any unneeded lines from the statement.
