In Accounting, the flexibility with which students can learn material in ALEKS and with which instructors can structure their courses has been maximized. The role of assessments (also called knowledge checks) is limited, and assessment behavior varies between Financial Accounting and Accounting Cycle courses. These differences will be outlined in this chapter.
