K-12: Foundation Grants for Technology Integration and Curriculum Enhancement

1.  NEA Foundation Student Achievement Grant

Description: The NEA Foundation grant aims to improve the academic achievement of students in U.S. public schools.  The proposed work should engage students in critical thinking and problem-solving that deepens their knowledge of a standards-based subject matter. 

Eligibility: K-12 public school teachers, support professionals, or faculty or staff at public higher education institutions

To Apply: Applicants must complete an application.  Proposals for work resulting in low-income and minority success with honors, advanced placement, or other challenging curricula are encouraged.

Award Amount: $5,000

Deadline: February 1st, June 1st, and October 15th of each year

2.  State Farm Companies Foundation Grants

Description: State Farm provides grants to support K12 public school enrichment efforts including after-school programs, service-learning programs, systemic school-wide reform, teacher excellence programs, and academic excellence programs. 

Eligibility: K-12 public schools

To Apply: Applicants must begin by submitting a proposal.
