Description: The William Penn Foundation provides funding to greater Philadelphia’s urban districts. The Foundation funds: innovative pilot programs and demonstration projects when there is a good chance that public systems -- such as state or municipal governments -- will commit to adopting a successful initiative; research and the development of quality data when it will support changes in policy or practice; and capacity building support to organizations that are critical to creating policy and systems change.

Eligibility: Please see the Foundation eligibility guidelines to determine if your organization is eligible for a Children, Youth and Families grant. Virtually all grants are made to organizations located in and serving constituents in the six-county Greater Philadelphia Region (Bucks County, Camden County, Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia County).
