Director, Quality Engineering
Manisha Patel directs the Quality Assurance team. Ms. Patel is responsible for testing all ALEKS/CHBA and integrated products across multiple platforms, devices, and browsers to ensure that they are consistent with high quality. She ensures cross-team collaboration for ongoing quality improvement processes, including expanding automation testing activities. Before the appointment to her current position as Director of Quality Engineering, Ms. Patel held the position as Sr. Manager, Quality Engineering. She joined ALEKS in 2009 as a Software Tester.
Prior to joining ALEKS in 2009, she worked as a Software Programmer in various industries such as Real Estate and Restaurants on Enterprise Software Solutions.
Ms. Patel holds a BA degree with the concentration in Management Information Systems from the California State University, Fullerton and a BA degree in Business and Economics from the University in Mumbai, India.
