Textbook Integration

K-12

A selection of popular textbooks can be easily integrated with various ALEKS course products.

List of Integrated Textbooks by Course

When you choose to integrate a textbook with an ALEKS class, a custom syllabus aligned with the textbook will be automatically assigned to your class. This syllabus can be revised by the teacher using the ALEKS Content Editor or by working with ALEKS Customer Support.

The textbook integration feature places textbook references on the ALEKS Explain pages, showing students where each topic is covered in their textbook. In addition, the content of the class is divided into units corresponding to the chapters of the integrated textbook. You can assign due-dates to your students for these units and quickly create chapter quizzes. Combined with chapter completion dates, the quizzes help motivate your students to complete their work on time.

References to any part of any textbook are for identification purposes only. No implication is intended that ALEKS Corporation is endorsing any textbook, or that any textbook author or publisher is endorsing ALEKS. ALEKS Corporation is solely responsible for the development, selection, and sequencing of all ALEKS content.
